At Yoobee we are proud to be the only New Zealand institution to offer 8-10 week virtual internships and externships with a range of international companies like Meta, Snapchat, and Beats so you can get industry experience while you’re still studying.

This work experience is not a requirement of the Degree but we do encourage students to apply at various points throughout the year to gain invaluable experience for your CV.

How does it work?

• Once you start your bachelor’s programme, we will provide you with a list of virtual internships and externships with a range of different international companies.  You decide which ones you want to apply for.

• You’ll hear back about which company you have been successful with and get immediate access to online training to prepare for your project.

Get training to help you succeed

• Before your internship or externship starts, you’ll get project and industry-specific training, so you’ll have the skills you need to get the job done.

• 10 hours of hands-on online training

• Work in a virtual cohort and learn from your peers

Get experience and mentorship

• You’ll work on projects in the online portal for real companies with mentor support every step of the way.

• Each project is designed to help you develop practical skills and bring value to the company you are working with.

• Work from anywhere

• Get skills and experience in just 10 hours per week

Build your C.V. for getting hired

• After completing your work experience, you’ll have practical skills and experience that you can add to your C.V.
