Hotel Management STAR
Day one of this programme takes place in a real hotel. Students get really involved in what it takes to run a hotel, talking to staff, getting a tour behind the scenes and doing fun hotel related activities. Back on the campus for day two, students will complete the unit standard 23755 – Identify and self-evaluate the demands of a real life specific role in a hotel.
