Dr Duaa Zuhair Al-Hamid
About
Dr Duaa Zuhair Al-Hamid (PhD, MSc, BS) obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Auckland University of Technology (AUT), New Zealand; her Master of Science in Data Telecommunication and Networks (Distinction) from Salford University, Manchester, United Kingdom; and her Bachelor of Science degree in Electromechanical Systems Engineering from Baghdad University of Technology, Iraq. She has academic teaching experience of more than seven years with a focus on courses related to computer networks (Cisco), embedded software engineering, advanced programming, and electrical engineering. She is currently lecturing in Software Engineering for the School of Technology at Yoobee College of Creative Innovation and is a visiting scholar at the Centre for Wireless and Intelligent Systems Engineering (WISE) at AUT. Her research interests include wireless communications, software defined wireless sensor networks, vehicular networks, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), smart health activity monitoring, and artificial intelligence (AI).
